About Mitchel
Mitch Wachman established himself as a leading South Florida real estate professional after a substantial first-year transaction volume of $18.5 million. As a result, he was named 2021 Rookie of the Year and ranked among the top 10 agents with his former broker. Mitch pairs his passion for real estate with an unrelenting desire to deliver winning results and leads his clients to make choices that not only elevate their lifestyles but create future wealth.
Before becoming a top producing agent, Mitch spent decades in hospitality leadership. During this time, he developed and sharpened all the instrumental skills necessary to succeed in today’s hyper-competitive real estate market. As a self-proclaimed “accidental Realtor®,” Mitch seamlessly transferred his skill set to real estate after COVID-19 closed the hospitality industry in 2020. Ever the optimist, he saw opportunity in the situation and joined a high-volume, award-winning real estate team where he absorbed every bit of invaluable knowledge, which he now uses to exceed client expectations.
Whether he’s working with first-time homebuyers, sellers, empty-nesters, luxury clients, or commercial property investors, Mitch puts his energetic people skills and competitive nature to work each step of the way. He’ll do whatever it takes to help those he serves come out ahead, yet every action is informed by how deeply he cares for others. He isn’t afraid to think differently to reach optimal outcomes.
Mitch’s core values include his “4 C’s of Real Estate Winners”: commitment, confidence, courage, and consistency. When you consider his real-service approach and use of sophisticated marketing and tech, it’s easy to understand why his clients prosper throughout Palm Beach County.
Mitch is a proud graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in business administration and competed as a four-year varsity football athlete for the Spartans. In his downtime, he enjoys mentoring, coaching, educating, cooking, and engaging in various volunteer opportunities in his community.
